- Adult recreational athletes who still compete/play
- All levels welcome—workouts are coach-led and scaled for all fitness levels
What’s included:
- 12 coached sessions (60 minutes each)
- Small-group structure + lots of feedback
- Progressions tailored to the athlete (not random workouts)
What you’ll train:
- Mobility + motor control: hips/ankles/T-spine, positions, body control
- Agility + quickness: acceleration/deceleration, change of direction, reaction
- Strength + power: foundations + explosive intent for performance and durability
