  • Student athletes (any sport)
  • Adult recreational athletes who still compete/play
  • All levels welcome—workouts are coach-led and scaled for all fitness levels

What’s included:

  • 12 coached sessions (60 minutes each)
  • Small-group structure + lots of feedback
  • Progressions tailored to the athlete (not random workouts)
What you’ll train:
 
  • Mobility + motor control: hips/ankles/T-spine, positions, body control
  • Agility + quickness: acceleration/deceleration, change of direction, reaction
  • Strength + power: foundations + explosive intent for performance and durability
