Elevate Fitness & Health was started because I saw a gap between what people wanted from their fitness journey and the tools they were given to succeed. Too often, athletes and fitness enthusiasts are left feeling like they have untapped potential—driven, but unsure how to break through plateaus or prepare effectively for the challenges they care most about.

With over 25 years of coaching experience, I’ve witnessed how the right guidance can change lives—helping people build strength, avoid injury, and extend their longevity in sport and in life. As both a coach and an active athlete myself, I know firsthand the frustration of feeling stuck. Elevate was built to be the solution: a place where performance meets purpose, and where every member gets the personal attention and proven strategies needed to grow.

Drawing from my background as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Massage Therapist, and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I created Elevate to provide a holistic approach—not just workouts, but programs that connect strength, mobility, recovery, and mindset. Here, training isn’t one-size-fits-all; it’s tailored to your goals, your sport, and your lifestyle.

Gloria is a professional personal trainer with years of experience. She enjoys working in the fitness industry and has a wide range of talents; with a background in everything from fitness competitions to internal martial arts, she can work with anyone regardless of skill level. Hi, I’m Allana.

Since becoming a mom, I’ve learned how much mindset matters when it comes to
fitness and consistency. I understand how hard it can be to make time for yourself
—but I also know how important it is.

My goal is to be a supportive, encouraging coach who helps you stay consistent,
build confidence, and push past your limits. I’ll be right there every step of the way,
reminding you that you’re a badass.

About Me

I’ve been a Certified Personal Trainer since 2019 and am also a Certified Nutrition Coach, with a specialization in pre-and postnatal training. Fitness has always been a passion of mine, but what I’m most passionate about is helping others reach their goals, build strength, and grow with confidence in the gym.

I believe there’s a place for everyone in the gym—and that fitness can be fun, empowering, and achievable no matter your experience level. I work with clients one-on-one, in classes, or in small groups, creating personalized workout programs and nutrition plans that fit your lifestyle and goals.

Feral Fitness was built on the belief that strength changes more than your body. Through intentional movement, progressive strength training, Pilates, and nutrition coaching, I help clients build muscle, confidence, resilience, and a healthier relationship with themselves. Movement has the power to improve mental well-being, reduce stress, and remind us of what we’re capable of.

I strive to create an inclusive, judgment-free environment where everyone feels welcome, respected, and supported. My mission is to help people of all identities build strength, take up space confidently, and pursue physique, performance, and wellness goals from a place of self-respect rather than self-criticism.

While I have a special passion for helping women recognize their power and challenge limiting beliefs about what their bodies can do, I am committed to creating a space where all people can reconnect with their bodies, celebrate progress, and discover just how capable they truly are.
